Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Bookkeeping AI Agent ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") accesses, uses, stores, and protects information. The App is operated by Support Your Goals LLC and its affiliated entities, including Sognare Group (collectively, the "Operator"), for the Operator's own internal bookkeeping and financial-operations purposes. The Bookkeeping AI Agent is a private, internal-use application. It is not offered or marketed to the general public, and it accesses only accounting data belonging to the Operator's own businesses.

1. Information We Access

When connected to a QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorized API, the App may access accounting and financial data associated with that company, including but not limited to: chart of accounts, invoices and estimates, bills and expenses, transactions, customers and vendors, products and services, payments, and standard financial reports (such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). The App accesses this data solely for the connected companies that the Operator owns and authorizes.

2. How We Use Information

Accessed data is used exclusively for the Operator's internal financial operations, including generating and reviewing financial reports, tracking invoices and cash flow, categorizing and reconciling transactions, preparing information for the Operator's accountant or CPA, and supporting related bookkeeping tasks. We do not use accessed data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

3. How We Share Information

We do not share accounting data with third parties except: (a) with the Operator's own personnel and professional advisors, such as the Operator's CPA or bookkeeper; (b) with service providers that process data on the Operator's behalf strictly to operate the App, such as AI and automation and secure-hosting providers bound by confidentiality obligations; and (c) where required by law. Any processing of Intuit or QuickBooks data complies with Intuit's applicable API terms and developer requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Access to QuickBooks data is authorized through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 framework; the App does not store QuickBooks account passwords. Access tokens and any retained data are protected using industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted, credential-based access. Access is limited to authorized personnel and automated processes acting on the Operator's behalf.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain accessed data only as long as necessary for the internal bookkeeping purposes described above or as required by law. The Operator may disconnect any QuickBooks company at any time, which revokes the App's access to that company's data. Upon disconnection, the App ceases further access, and retained working copies are deleted in the ordinary course.

6. Your Choices and Control

Because this is an internal application operated by and for the Operator, control over connections rests with the Operator. A connected QuickBooks company can be disconnected at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps, then Connected apps) or from the Intuit account settings, which immediately revokes the App's access.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed to, or intended for use by, children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date above.
